CIT Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : Buttons work intermittently but the fire does not start. Installer has checked the fire unit and it works manually. He is certain the remote is faulty.
This gas fire remote arrived safely and on testing was found to have faulty buttons as well as a damaged battery cable.
All buttons were replaced and the cable was changed, this restored full functionality.
