Customer's Fault Description
Dropped handset which no longer connects with receiver although red light on handset illuminates.

 

This fireplace control arrived safely and on testing the remote was not transmitting on either channel.

This was due to a faulty transducer in the handset.  This was replaced and full functionality was restored.
