Customer's Fault Description
The button to lower the flame does not work and slow working signal to operate the gas flames in general.

 

This gas fire control and receiver arrived safely and on testing was confirmed not to be responding from the down channel.

This was found to be due to a faulty 40khz crystal in the receiver this was replaced and full functionality was restored.
