Customer's Fault Description
The battery connector has come away where the battery pushes onto and is now missing. The remote was dropped. The remote was in full working order prior to this but if you’d be kind enough to check fully

 

This ceiling body dryer control arrived safely and on inspection was confirmed to have a missing battery terminal and also the facia was torn.

A replacement terminal was fitted and then it was found that the oscillator was faulty a replacement was fitted which restored full functionality.

Please note that this item is no waterproof and care must be taken to prevent future damage.
