Customer's Fault Description
Both remotes do not function at all, for a brief while one screen had what appeared to be a reset screen with all icons showing however this has now dissapeared as well
These 2 air con controllers arrived safely and on inspection one was missing its battery cover.
On adding power sources one powered up but swiftly died without any response from any button.
The second would not power up at all.
The first controller was found to be a faulty crystal which was replaced and functionality was restored.
The second was the displace conductors, these were cleaned up and again full functionality was restored.
