Customer's Fault Description
This came with a B&O CD player that I bought off eBay - the seller told me the remote didn't seem to be working, due to what they thought was a battery leak.
This Bang And Olufsen control arrived safely and on testing was found to be intermittent / non responsive.
On opening the control the battery terminals were found to have surface corrosion. These were re-plated which restored full functionality.
