Customer's Fault Description
Receiver does not appear to receive signal from remote

 

This gas fire remote and receiver arrived safely and on testing the receiver was not responding from the remote.  The remote was tested to be fine.

The issue with the receiver was the oscillator reading incorrect, a replacement was fitted which restored functionality.  The battery block was also replaced as one of the terminals was showing signs of a battery leak.
