Customer's Fault Description
All the buttons are working bar the head massage button number 2. However, the remote is on the wrong frequency and is operating the other half of the bed which has its own remote control panel.
This remote was operating the correct side of the bed until we changed the battery.
This adjustable bed control arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have a sluggish / non responsive button. This was found to be due to a contaminated button array, this was cleaned up and normal functionality restored.
As for the issue of it controlling the wrong bed, this is a simple issue, inside the battery compartment the customer will find a switch (see image below), this switch has 3 possible positions, A B or C. The customer is required to switch this to either A, B or C and test with the bed until it begins to adjust the correct bed.
