Customer's Fault Description
not functioning red light flickering. Remote dropped on floor from seat height.
This Faber Misty C11/31 controller arrived safely and on testing was found not to be sending a signal on either channel.
This was due to a faulty transducer, a replacement was fitted which restored full functionality.
The battery cable was also replaced as a matter of precaution.
