Customers Fault Description : we only use the remote for basic functions but the volume and mute buttons are not operating but seem to be changing modes on the amp when we press these buttons
This Audio/Video Multi-Channel controller arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have non responsive buttons (volume and mute)
On opening the issue was found to be contamination over the pcb on the effected buttons.
The PCB and button pads were cleaned up with alcohol which restored full functionality.
