Customer's Fault Description
Not working at all. No light from remote and none of the buttons do anything

 

This electric wall fire controller arrived safely and on inspection there was a dint in the facia, on adding a power source not signal was being emmited on any button press.

When opened the reason was related to the dint.   It would appear that something had crushed the PCB and caused a few cracks in the track.

The print was reworked which restored full functionality.
