Customer's Fault Description
Old batteries leaked cleaned fitted new batteries did not work.after 5mins started to beep and got warm removed batteries.
This caravan mover control arrived safely and on inspection had signs of a battery leakage.
On testing no function could be found.
On opening the reason was found to be due to a broken battery terminal due to the corrosion.
This was replaced and full functionality was restored.
