Button went starting with on/off and now nothing works.

 

This electric fire controller arrived safely and on testing was confirmed not to be transmitting on any button press.

This was due to a broken oscillator, a replacement was fitted which restored functionality to 3 of the buttons.  The power button was worn, a conductive pad was fitted which restored full functionality.

This remote was returned under guarantee after 11 months and the buttons had started to decompose,  Replacement button caps were glued into place under the guarantee.

As requested the customer is requiring a clone as a backup priced at £20 plus postage.
