Customer's Fault Description
The red light comes on for 'on' but the motor mover doesn't respond. I need you to check the remote first before things become very expensive!

 

This caravan motor mover controller arrived safely and on testing was not powering on.  On opening there were a few tracks that were showing signs of corrosion.

The print was reworked which restored normal functionality and an RF signal is present
