Mertik Maxitrol G30 - ZRRS Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : Mertik Maxitrol
Model : G30 - ZRRS
Customers Fault Description : The remote seems ok, but the receiver even with new batteries doesn't respond, correctly. Reduces the flame, within the fire, but does not increase it when the additional button is pressed
This fire remote and receiver arrived safely and on inspection the battery compartment was badly corroded, this was replaced but one channel still remained faulty.
This was due to a diode that was blown due to the leakage. A replacement was fitted and full functionality was restored.
