Customer's Fault Description
worked a month ago, put new battery in but no red light or sound know. completely dead.

 

This caravan controller arrived safely and on inspection the LED was found to be shattered.  This made it difficult to turn on using its double button press. 

A replacement LED was fitted which restored normal functionality.
