Customers Fault Description : Handset does not switch on. It was working at the end of the last season (October 18). New batteries on Monday (15/04/19). Checked the batteries with a meter before putting them in.

This caravan mover control arrived safely and on testing the power button was not responding from its double press.

This was due to corrosion on the print itself caused by moisture contamination, the print was reworked which restored normal functionality.
