Customer's Fault Description
Mover control was left face down on a flat kitchen surface. Water penantrated the caravan through a roof vent incorrectly closed, leaving water on the same kitchen surface. Although visually dried out the reverse and clockwise-reverse buttons (bottom and lower right) fail to work.
This caravan motor mover control arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have 2 faulty buttons.
This was found to be due to contamination corrosion (see image), the print was reworked which restored full functionality.
