Customers Fault Description : Not turning on
This controller arrived safely from northern ireland and on inspection the battery cover was missing and the battery cable was badly damaged. When trying to power up the device no response could be obtained from its double press power on.
This was due to the battery cable, a replacement was fitted which restored full functionality
