Bed No-R2-T3 MG8-R2-T Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : At first, the signal was intermittent. After a while the bed no longer receives signal. A technician has to change the connector without success. In addition to repair this one, if you have another functional remote control, I would buy another one please.
This bed controller arrived safely from Canada and on testing was confirmed not to be transmitting on most buttons, other buttons were very unresponsive and were needed to be pressed hard.
This was a tell tale sign that the button contacts were worn. The pads were cleaned and re-coated which restored full functionality.
The battery cable was replaced too. Unfortunately we dont have any spares in stock so cannot supply a second controller
