Customer's Fault Description
Remote failed to work. I have changed battery and reset(by pressing and holding blue button on receiver and pressing button on transmitter for 2 seconds, pausing for 2 seconds and pressing again for 2 seconds) and the remote still does not work.<br /><br />
The red light on the control lights up and I think it also did before I changed the battery. I only use the 1st button on left
This garage door remote control arrived safely and on testing was found not to be sending a signal on any button press.
When opened this was found to be due to a broken leg on the oscillator. This was repaired which restored normal functionality.
Please note that as this has been attempted to be "re-paired" with the receiver when faulty the customer may be required to try pairing the device again now that it is transmitting as they may have wiped the previous pairing.
