<br />

<br /><br />

Neither remote will pair to the Powrtouch Receiver box.
<br />
When the boxes are returned can you let me know the cause of the faults?
These motor mover controllers arrived safely and on testing both were intermittent on powering up and when powered no signal was present.
Remote A and B both were suffering from worn pads, these were replanished which restored normal button response.
Once powered up both controls had no signal still, on one handset this was due to a faulty regulator which was replaced which restored the signal. The other was unfortunately no able to be repaired, as far as tests showed that on of the main SMD IC's was the likliest suspect. This item is not available as a spare which has deemed a repair on remote b not possible.
