Customer's Fault Description
The remote control has stopped working. When you press any of the buttons, the little yellow light at the top lights up, so you know it's sending the signal to the ignition of the fire to light it up. No matter which buttons you press on the remote, the yellow light doesn't come on at all. We've tried new batteries (quite a few) and it still doesn't work. Please help.

 

This gas fire remote arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have faulty buttons.

All buttons were replaced which restored full functionality.
