Customers Fault Description : Not working seems to be no power from the battery have tryed new battery and cleaned wire whitch connects to battery was working last week
This caravan mover controller arrived safely and on testing was found to be dead and not responding from its button press. The battery cable was damaged and replaced but the issue remained.
The issue was caused by a faulty ribbon connector, this was repaired which restored full functionality.
