The USB port /socket has been damaged and will not connect to computer for upgrading, the remote does function with existing settings but the usb port may need replaced so that hand set can be updated via computer

 

This Harmony remote arrived safely and was confirmed to have a damaged USB socket, a replacement was fitted.
