Customers Fault Description : Accidentally spilled coffee on the controller.
This surround sound controller arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have many non functioning buttons.
On opening there was some liquid contamination found inside which had caused a small amount of corrosion around the main IC, the print was reworked and full functionality was restored.
