Customers Fault Description : The handset I believe operates all but the footplate and lift & tilt when you want to return them, however the reset button works them correctly I haven't seen the old ladies chair she is a friend.
This remote arrived safely and on carrying out a component test an issue could not be found, after speaking further to the customer it was deduced that the issue was most likely with the button itself. These were replaced and also a couple of suspect joints were resoldered.
The customer is requested to test the item fully on receipt.
