Customer's Fault Description
It doesn't work. The light on the remote doesn't light up any more. I've tried it with a new battery.

 

This gas fire controller arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to be dead.  This was found to be due to a faulty battery cable, a replacement was fitted which restored full functionality.
