Customers Fault Description : The mover works intermittently coming on and going off.Sometimes it takes several presses to get the red light on , and then it only stays for short periods. The batteries are new.
This caravan mover control arrived safely and on testing was found to be turning on as normal. A common issue with these sets is moisture contamination within the button array which cause erratic power / functionality.
A replacement front button array was fitted, the customer is to test the remote on receipt.
