Customer's Fault Description
When batteries are put into the remote the power light flashes but when the power button is double pressed (as described in the manufacturer's instructions) to turn on the remote nothing happens. The remote was left in the front compartment of the caravan over the winter, in the cold and was working prior to being left.
This caravan mover remote arrived safely and on testing was confirmed not to respond from its on button press.
This is a common issue caused by a corrosion point in the print, this was reworked which restored full functionality.
