Velux Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : Window will not open with remote
This window remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting as normal. The item was opened to check for a issue and the usual fault was found.
A capacitor had broken away from the PCB, the lack of this capacitor can cause various strange issues. This was replaced with a new one.
The customer is required to test the item full with its corresponding receiver, please note that it may be possible that the remote be re-paired with the receiver.
A replacement facia was also fitted.
