Customer's Fault Description
Worked intermittantly then not at all. Tried changing batteries but has made no difference.

 

This Power Plate control arrived safely and on testing was found to be dead.

On opening there was signs that the case had broken in the past.  The case had been glued but was flexing, hot melt glue was used to reinforce the case.

The battery terminal was poorly soldered in one point causing intermittent power, this was re-soldered which restored full functionality.
