Customers Fault Description : Not working .....
This caravan motor mover control arrived safely and on inspection was found to have a faulty ribbon cable. Also the battery cover was missing (this cannot be replaced due to lack of availability)
The cable was repaired (no replacement is available so we had to repair the existing cable).
This restored normal button readings. The customer is required to test the item upon receipt, the ribbon cable looked to be burnt meaning there may have been an existing fault that caused someone to solder the item and consequentially damaging the ribbon. Our tests carried out cannot replicate any other fault.
