No butons are working. Ive changed the batteries twice and tested the infrared with my phone camera.

 

This Linn remote handset arrived safely and on testing was confirmed not to be transmitting on any button press.

The issue was found to be due to a faulty IR led, a replacement was fitted which restored full functionality.
