Customer's Fault Description
I was wondering if you could have a go at fixing our remote control or sender unit again. You last did it in 2016
we've put new batteries in remote & sender unit and the remote responds with a red light and i can just hear a tiny hiss sound from the fire when you try to light it but it's just not igniting. Again it works manually and we have tried to clean the fire up etc but still doesn't make any difference.
This fireplace remote and receiver arrived safely and on testing was found to be erratic on the up channel.
This was found to be due to a faulty US Transducer, when replaced full functionality was restored.
