Customers Fault Description : Frayed cable (outer insulation stripping off), remote still works just needs new cable
Looks same as your Job Timeline (Ref 2096-2449) picture and seems to be the same issue
This control arrived safely and on inspection the cable was badly damaged. The cable was replaced and the original plug spliced onto it.
