Customer's Fault Description
I just bought a campervan with a roof window and can't open it because the remote semms not to work.<br />
I send it to you for electricity checking and button fixing.
This Heki remote arrived safely from France and on inspection was found to have a mass of corrosion over much of the PCB (see images). Also the buttons were open circuit and one had a physically broken button housing. The battery terminals were corroded and one was broken.
Sadly due to the amount of corrosion a repair is not possible, we can however supply a cloned control (see image). This clone is priced at the same cost of what the repair would have been.
The payment on this page was to supply a cloned control and not for a repair which is not possible. The original control will be scrapped.
