Not worked for a long time. eventually found batteries all corroded

 

This remote and receiver arrived safely and on inspection the battery block in the receiver did have signs of a battery corrosion.  This battery housing was replaced.

The remote was also found to have a fault whereby it was not transmitting on any button press.

This was due to a faulty ultrasonic transducer, this was replaced which restored full functionality. (ref 5-9-19)
