Customer's Fault Description
It does not turn on even when I have changed the batteries. So I cannot use the shower.

 

This shower control arrived safely and on testing was confirmed not to be turning on.  The only signs of life was when the power source is removed and replaced whereby an LED flashes for a few seconds then dies.

On opening there was some corrosion around the positive battery terminal and also there was a some liquid contamination over much of the PCB, this was all cleaned up but the dead issue remained.  A component test was carried out but again no problem could be read. 

Sadly due to the issues a repair is not possible.
