Customer's Fault Description
Hi, we have 2 x remotes both have stopped working.
These two controllers arrived safely and on testing both were dead.
The first was found to have a faulty LED, this was replaced which restored full functionality.
The second had 3 issues, a capacitor had shorted along with a diode, these were replaced which restored functionality but the led was intermittnet, this was replaced and normal functionality was restored.
Please note that the short in the second remote had caused my test battery to melt, therefore on return these remotes must be fitted with new batteries and the old ones disposed of to prevent future issues.
