RCS01C Remote Repair Details
Model : RCS01C
Customers Fault Description : Changed batteries but no power. I think connectors inside to batteries are faulty.
This electric fire control arrived safely and on inspection one of the battery terminals was badly damaged (see image), this was making a power connection not possible causing the item to not function.
The terminal was replaced and when retested was found to be functioning as normal
