M&S TV bed Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : TV bed remote just randomly set the riser on and off without notice. I have replaced the battery myself but I can see the blue light randomly appearing and then the rise and fall mechanism kicks in (up and down)
This bed TV control arrived safely and on speaking with the customer was found to need the buttons replaced, both were replaced.
