Marantec DC313-868 x 3 and D212 x 2 Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : Marantec
Model : DC313-868 x 3 and D212 x 2
Customers Fault Description : D313-868 x 3Remotes are not working and i have no idea what the faults are. The D212 x 1 fault unknown x 2 pcb and battery connectors are loose
These garage door controls arrived safely and on testing each was confirmed faulty.
The smaller fob controls 2 had disconnected oscillators (see image), these were resoldered back into place which restored the signal.
The other fob control had some signs of contamination / corrosion around one of the IC's (see image), this was cleaned up and the solder reworked which restored full functionality.
One of the larger controls had a broken battery connector, this was soldered back into place and the tabs adjusted to make a tighter fit for the battery. This restored normal functionality.
The other control was missing 2 of its mounting pins for the PCB which made the PCB loose within the controller case, this would makje an intermittent battery connection. The board was glued back into the correct position and also the terminals were adjusted to make a tighter fit again for the battery. As a precaution the PCB was glued into position on the other control too.
