Customer's Fault Description
Controller reduces heat but will not increase heat. In the "Up" mode the receiver LED flashes momentarily but no control achieved. <br /> Batteries changed in both Transmitter and Receiver but no difference noted. "UP" function did work once but failed again.

 

This remote and receiver arrived safely and on testing was confirmed not to be responding on one channel.

This was due to a faulty 40.5 crystal, this was replaced which restored full functionality.

The battery block in the receiver was also changed due to it showing signs of a battery leakage / corrosion.
