Customer's Fault Description
2 remotes sent -both remotes don't work with covers on.If i remove the cover and press the buttons on transmitter it works. (In one remote all 3 buttons work in another remote only open and close work)
These two garage controllers arrived safely and on testing was found to both be erratic in functionality.
On opening the 2 controls had similar issues. The battery housing had become detached from one solder point, this was causing intermittent power when in use. Also on one of the controls the button pads were slightly contaminated / worn.
Both battery housings were resoldered back into position and the button pads cleaned up which restored full functionality.
