Customer's Fault Description
Remote not working
This caravan motor mover control arrived safely and on inspection the side of the control was cracked and non of the fixing screws would retain their position which meant the remote just fell apart when touched.
The battery cable was found to look well worn. On adding a power source the power was found to be intermittent and "wiggling" the battery lead caused the faulty to come and go.
A replacement battery lead was fitted and when retested the control then powered on every time the double power press was carried out.
The case was glued together and the missing battery cover screw was provided.
