Customer's Fault Description
Peace came off the circuit board where battery goes and case has a bit snapped off
This TV control arrived safely and on inspection was in pieces upon arrival and one of the battery terminals was disconnected from the PCB, also the case had a large piece snapped off (this was glued back into place)
The battery terminal was resoldered back into position and tested, it was then found that many of the buttons were non responsive.
The remote was "reset" which restored a signal to the complete control.
It mayt be required to re-pair the remote with its corresponding TV upon return, the video below shows the simple method to do this if required.
