Bed Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : Bed
Customers Fault Description : The wire is thread bare. The remote will not operate the bottom of the bed. When I plug in a vibradorm control the bed works ok. One of the wires has snapped.
This bed controller arrived safely and on inspection the cable was badly damaged also when opened there was a large amount of contamination over the button array.
The array was cleaned up and the cable replaced (please note that a black straight cable was fitted in place of the original curly white lead)
