Echo Electric Gate Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : Remote flashes on button 3 + 4 so dont think its battery, but its programmed to button 1, and nothings happening.
This electric gate control arrived safely and on testing was confirmed not to respond on its bottom 2 button presses.
When opened the issue was found to be that the battery was forced in too far and had broken the buttons away from their respective contacts.
The buttons were resoldered back into place and a hot melt glue stopper was added to hopefully prevent the battery being pushed in too far.
Full functionality was restored.
