Customers Fault Description : The top button on the remote control has to be pressed very hard to open the garage door. I can't open the door with the remote, but my husband and son can. Please can you fix it?
This garage door controller arrived safely and on testing the top button was confirmed to be sluggish.
This was due to contamination built up over the contacts of the button and pad. Both were cleaned up with alcohol and full functionality was restored.
